Welcome readers!

Here at the Undiscovered Country Music Blog, we aim to provide the most honest commentary you can find on music in its rawest form: the unsigned. Those who are reaching for the indie-cred, the completely unsung.

Now and again we may hit the buzz-worthy band that could arguably already have a reputation somewhere in the world, but the focus here is to discuss the philosophy or zen of music. There is more to the form than just recording and performing, much more. Here, we will take an approach to the discussion of music making and songwriting in an intimate and insightful manner.

We promise to deliver the most candid interviews from the people you have never heard of in order to give the most accurate description of what it's like to be making modern music, but most importantly, we will address the motivations for making music altogether.

We will also provide the occasional post that will allow for a community response and reaction. Keep an eye out for the launch date of our Undiscovered Country Music Podcast!
